So we’ve been using this for quite awhile now and it’s been great. It’s fast and accurate especially with good bills. Very wrinkled bills can trip it up, but it usually does okay with those anyway. It’s even caught a fake $20 which our staff missed (and it was totally fake on closer inspection). I like how it has 2 displays so that you can place the machine underneath a counter to save counterspace but have the second display on the counter to see the bill count.

Great little machine, the only draw back is that it will not count mixed denominations and give a total cash value. Other than that, it does a great job.

Straight out of box yields constant E41 error half note detected. Unusable product. Seller and factory failed to respond email support address provided in manual. I should have purchased an established brand. I regret this purchase.
